The fine print

Delivery terms.

Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Estimates start the day an order is dispatched, not the day it is placed.

  1. Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates appear at checkout and begin after the order is dispatched, not when it is placed.

    From dispatch

  2. Carrier delays outside our control

We will help investigate carrier delays, although transit dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

  3. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Contact us promptly. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch, and reshipping charges may apply.

    Before dispatch

  4. Undelivered or refused parcels

Contact us so we can review tracking and arrange the appropriate next step.

  5. When risk passes

Responsibility passes to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the address supplied at checkout.

    On delivery

  6. Delivery regions

Orders may be placed only where an active Shopify market and shipping rate are available at checkout.

  7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
