We collect only the information needed to operate the store, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the shopping experience.

- Solid Viibe is responsible for personal information handled through this storefront. Privacy questions can be sent through our contact page.
- What personal information is collected
- We may collect contact, delivery and order details; account information; device and browser data; cookie preferences; and messages you send us. Payment details are processed by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout.
- Why it is collected
- We use information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, maintain accounts and subscriptions, prevent fraud, comply with law, improve the store and send marketing only where permitted.
- How consent is obtained
- Consent is obtained through the information and choices presented in forms, checkout, account settings, cookie controls and marketing sign-up.
- How consent is withdrawn
- Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing message, adjust available cookie or account settings, or contact us. Some information must be retained to complete orders or meet legal obligations.
- Who it is disclosed to
- Information is shared only as needed with Shopify, payment processors, delivery carriers, fraud-prevention providers and service providers that operate the store and communications.
- Where it is processed
- Shopify and other service providers may process information in Canada, the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
- How long it is kept
- Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
- How it is protected
- We rely on access controls, secure connections and reputable service providers. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
- Cookies, analytics and tracking
- Required cookies keep the storefront and checkout working. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used according to the consent controls available in your region.
- Marketing email
- Marketing is sent only where permitted. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
- Accessing or correcting your record
- Use your customer account where available or contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
- Making a complaint
- Contact us first so we can investigate. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the privacy regulator that applies in your location.
