Before you order
Review the product, price, currency, delivery and renewal information shown in the storefront and at checkout. Placing an order confirms acceptance of these terms.
- Who you are contracting with
- Your order is placed with Solid Viibe through this Shopify storefront.
- Accepting these terms
- By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
- Who may buy
- You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement in your location and provide accurate billing and delivery information.
- How an order is accepted
- An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent or contains an obvious pricing error.
- Prices, currency and tax
- Prices, transaction currency, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or card fees.
- Payment methods
- Available payment methods are those displayed in checkout. Payment authorization is required before an order is fulfilled.

- Store content, branding, images and design are owned by or licensed to Solid Viibe and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
- Acceptable use of the site
- Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Accounts and passwords
- You are responsible for access to your email and customer account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or order has been used without authorization.
- Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Solid Viibe is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- Your statutory rights
- These terms do not limit rights or remedies that apply under consumer-protection law.

- These terms are governed by applicable Canadian and Ontario law, without preventing a customer from relying on mandatory protections in their own jurisdiction.
